All Of My Songs Are About Characters Named Daniel Gallo

Because I'm such a nice guy, I'll let you readers in on a little secret. There's a special one-off Christmas release from Daniel Gallo (of The Field Recordings) which you can hear on a special bandcamp site for his solo work (CLICK HERE). It's called "All Of My Songs Are About Characters Named Daniel Gallo"

If you're into fast-paced fun vocal experimentation laced with twee-pop instrumentation like organs, handclaps, twinkling xylophone, and lo-fi drums, this is something you should click on over to and download right away.

It's a free release, so I don't think Mr. Gallo will get too mad about me sharing this with you readers...

First Things First:
My Real Band full of Better Musicians is playing a show This Sunday at Stella Blues in New Haven w/ M.T. Bearington. You should come. You will hear much better music there.

Second, what with my voice and all, I never thought I'd be called Twee (not that I really mind).

Third, Merry Christmas, Everyone.

DANIEL.

I meant to say that your instrumentation is traditional twee-pop stuff (xylophone, handclaps, etc) but your music isn't at all! It's a fun contrast.
